The SCDOT has announced their annual call for rural Section 5310 projects for FY 2021-2022. These are transportation projects that are designed to enhance the mobility of seniors and individuals with disabilities. I’ve attached the SCDOT’s memo which has details on funding availability and instructions for applying. Only projects that fall outside of the region’s census designated urban area (map attached) may qualify for the funding. Note that applications are due no later than April 15, 2021.
