The SC Department of Commerce has prepared its annual Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) for program year 2020. The CAPER covers the State’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for the period April 1, 2020- March 31, 2021. Accomplishments of the State program using CARES Act funding in 2020 are also included in this report as applicable. Berkeley and Dorchester counties, with the exception of the Town of Summerville, participate in the State’s program.
A copy of the PY 2020 CAPER is available for review in the lobby of the BCD Council of Governments during normal business hours. The draft report can also be downloaded directly from SC Commerce www.cdbgSC.com.
